Start with Pause
Thank you for being with us yesterday.
It was an honor to hold that time and space with you. Some of you we met for the first time, while others we have known for years! And gathering everyone in one circle meant so much to us.
Thank you for giving yourselves permission to pause. In the pace of life today, that is no small thing.

There is one more thing we would like to share. Although we have held many private sessions for family and friends, this was our first time offering a sound bath publicly. That makes this group and the evening we shared, specially meaningful to us. We will hold it in our hearts for a long time.
