Thank you for being with us yesterday.

It was an honor to share that time and space with you yesterday. Thank you for giving yourselves permission to pause and be part of something so intentional and meaningful to us. In today’s pace of life, that is no small thing.

And it wasn’t just Pause. It was all of you, showing up open, vulnerable, and adventurous. Huge gratitude to Ashley, as always, for trusting us and inviting us to hold people through sound and silence on her land. And thank you for sharing Cacao with us. We are honored to have experienced and grounded with her.

Weather and Friends

Even the weather seemed to move with the experience. After a hot week, we gathered on a day that was turning, the air cooler and softer. Right as the ocean sounds began, in the moment of washing away what no longer serves you, a light rain joined us. A hummingbirds welcomed our opening, birds sang throughout, and a deer came by in the morning to bless the land. Thank you.

The seed thought we closed with has stayed with us as well:
